Vision
We believe it is not enough to see clearly but to see further and as we see further, we are enabled in some respects to impact that future. We have a telescope to the future by applying the optics of the past and following God’s Word.
"Where there is no vision, the people perish." Proverbs 29:18
Excellence
Excellence in everything we do for our clients is our top priority. The quest for excellence fuels our fire and keeps us from just drifting downstream gathering debris.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters…" Colossians 3:23
Integrity
The Christian life should be one marked with integrity and honesty. We will not compromise our values; we will be honest in our dealings, and we will consider the wholeness of our advice. In our decision making, we will be trustworthy and will not compromise for the sake of expediency. We will strive to ensure that what we do is coherent, consistent, and sound.
"Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord." Psalm 119:1
Community
The idea of community comes from the sense of responsibility we have for each other. In the Bible, God encourages us to take care of our brothers and sisters - whether friends or enemies! We must remember the importance of maintaining the connection with each other and focusing on building a community of love in word and actions.
"Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2
Stewardship
We believe that each of us is accountable to God for the life we live and how we impact others. Furthermore, just as we are accountable to God, we are also accountable to the trust our clients place in us, and we take this charge very seriously. Stewardship is the value that under girds all of the other values .
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." 1 Peter 4:10
"Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful." 1 Corinthians 4:2
